Volunteer Note-Takers Are Needed | Accessibility Services

Assist students with disabilities, attend classes regularly, and upload your notes online!

Accessibility Services is recruiting Volunteers this summer to take part in the Volunteer Note-taking program. As a part of the campus community, Accessibility Services is committed to ensuring that our campus is inclusive and treats all persons in an equitable manner.

The Volunteer Note-taking program is designed to provide students with the opportunity to get involved on campus, build their resume and improve on their study habits while getting co-curricular acknowledgement from the university and recognition from our offices in the form of a certificate.

Volunteers play a huge part in our ability to provide note-taking accommodations to the growing number of registered students. With the largest service of this kind of all three campuses, we would not be able to meet the increasing demand for one of the most requested accommodations from Accessibility Services.
