This opportunity is open to all Innis students and residents, but registration is required. (There is a maximum allowable number of participants to ensure the safety of the therapy dogs and their handlers.)

Completion of this form does not guarantee a spot. Please only attend if you received a confirmation email from Sana, assistant dean – community wellness. If you are placed on a waitlist, you will be notified closer to the event if you may attend.
