October 10 is World Mental Health Day
The theme of this year’s World Mental Health Day, “Mental Health in Humanitarian Emergencies,” is a call to come together to support the mental health of those affected by natural disasters, conflicts, and public health emergencies around the world.
Here at Innis College, we are marking the day with a pop-up wellness station in the Student Lounge from 1–3pm. Come by to meet the team, discover wellness resources, and grab a free wellness care package.
