Award-winning entrepreneur and corporate director Dr. Deborah Rosati will deliver the keynote address, The Power of The Third Chapter. Drawing on her own experience and insights, Deborah will explore the transition from an established career into a new phase—one defined less by traditional measures of advancement and more by purpose, possibility, and impact. The “third chapter” can offer a unique opportunity to reimagine how your experience, expertise, and interests come together, opening the door to new ways of contributing, connecting, and finding fulfillment.
Following the keynote, participants will take part in facilitated small-group discussions designed to encourage thoughtful reflection, meaningful exchange, and connection with others navigating similar transitions or considering what their next chapter might hold. To enrich the conversation, we ask each guest to arrive prepared to share one insight, idea, or resource with their table, as well as one challenge for which they would welcome the perspectives and support of fellow attendees.
