Rainbow Chik is a data-native investor and entrepreneurial builder with 10+ years of experience launching data-driven platforms that power high-conviction investment decisions. As a 2X founder of alternative data teams within top-tier hedge funds, she has led the full stack of data innovation — from sourcing differentiated data and architecting scalable infrastructure to deploying predictive models and delivering actionable investment research at scale.

Most recently, Rainbow was the Director of Data Insights & ESG Analytics at GoldenTree Asset Management, a $55B+ credit hedge fund in New York, where she led high-impact firm-wide data initiatives across alternative data, ESG and AI innovation. Her work spanned novel data acquisitions, high-accuracy fundamental prediction and unique market research insights — often resulting in first-mover investment advantages. Prior to that, she co-founded the alternative data team at Orbis Investments, a $30B+ long-only equity fund in Bermuda, and played a pivotal role in launching Orbis Access, a D2C Fintech investment platform in the UK.

Rainbow holds an MBA from Columbia Business School (Dean’s Honors with Distinction) and serves as the President of the Columbia Business School Alumni Club of Toronto. She also holds a BCom in Finance & Economics (Distinction) from the University of Toronto.

Anne Maggisano is Vice President at Burgundy Asset Management, where she counsels private clients on their investment strategies and helps them become more knowledgeable and deliberate about how they manage their wealth. She is Founder and Co-Head of Women of Burgundy, an initiative to build a community to inspire women to make investing a priority and take a leadership role over their wealth. In eleven years, Women of Burgundy has engaged over 1300 members through educational events. The flagship publication, Minerva, extends Women of Burgundy’s reach nationwide. Anne is Chair of the Toronto Public Library Foundation, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Opera Company and Crow’s Theatre.

Nadine Petsche is a seasoned and strategic financial executive with over three decades of experience spanning both the public and private sectors. With deep expertise in governance, internal audit, enterprise risk management (ERM), and IT governance, she is recognized as a trusted advisor to boards and senior leadership teams. Nadine has consistently driven organizational resilience and transformation by aligning risk and audit functions with strategic business goals while fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures.

Throughout her distinguished career—including leadership roles at the Electrical Safety Authority, Technical Standards and Safety Authority, Ontario’s Ministry of Finance, Capgemini, and Hydro One—Nadine has led complex internal audit and ERM initiatives, advised on business transformations and system conversions, and had responsibility for the province’s financial reports. She is known for her approachability, mentorship, and ability to guide cross-functional teams through regulatory scrutiny and transformational shifts. As a Senior Governance Consultant, a CPA CA, with an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies, she continues to contribute to the evolution of governance and risk management with clarity, integrity, and innovation.
