Before exams begin, take a break and recharge with the Innis Wellness team! We have a full day of activities in store.
- Indulge in some pancakes at ICSS Breakfast Club from 9:15–11:30am.
- Enjoy a 10-minute chair massage by an RMT from 11am–1pm
- Craft and create with us (journals, friendship bracelets, crochet keychains) from 10am-1:30pm
- Cuddle with therapy dogs from 1:30–2:30pm
- Grab your free personal wellness kit while supplies last
