About the Registrar's Office
At Innis, we help you learn. The Registrar’s Office is here to offer advice, solve problems, answer questions, and create opportunities for you to excel. If we can’t answer your questions, we’ll connect you to the people and resources at the University or beyond who can help you.
We are your reliable first stop for academic and financial information, from your transition into first year through to graduation and beyond.
Your first stop for academic and financial guidance
Every year we meet with more than half of all Innis students in an advising appointment. Donald Boere, our registrar, says this about the office: “We provide accurate information and sound advising on academic and related matters in an atmosphere of comfort, trust, and confidentiality.” Watch the video to learn more about how Donald and his team can help.

Meet the Registrar's Office team
Donald Boere
Registrar
I am fortunate to be the registrar of an office that aims always to provide accurate information and sound advising on academic and related matters in an atmosphere of comfort, trust and confidentiality. The five of us, along with casual student staff who run the askastudent and StarterKit tools, work together to help you learn and succeed.
Claudia Li Tang
Associate Registrar, Academic
I most often meet with upper and graduating students to help with academic progress, course, and program planning towards graduation and beyond. I love to problem-solve with students, so if you have a question, don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you learn!
Daniela Pirraglia
Associate Registrar, Administrative
I’m here to chat all things money — awards and grants, OSAP, budgeting, spending habits — you get the idea. I’m also available to discuss general academic matters, and, if you’re interested, my current favourite TV shows, Succession and Superstore.
Denise Gray
Associate Registrar, Recruitment & Transition
I most often meet with prospective and first-year students to help with their academic transition to U of T and Innis College. Come by to talk about your course and program plans and academic progress, or even just to chat about my favourite sport — baseball!
Dryden Rainbow
Associate Registrar, Academic Engagement
Jack McGrath
Assistant Registrar, Advising
If you stop by the Office of the Registrar, you’ll most likely see me first at the desk. I’m here to answer your questions, offer suggestions, and tell you about resources that you may not know about. I can also set you up with appointments for more detailed advising. I’m here to help, so don’t hesitate to come to me with anything!
