Learn how to thrive — not just survive!
The Mental Health Skills Certificate & Workshop Series is for students who want to increase their own self-awareness and knowledge concerning mental health challenges. In this series, you’ll learn how to safely talk about suicide, take care of your wellbeing, manage difficult emotions, connect with your inner-self, and more.
Attend the full two-day program of workshops and receive the Mental Health Skills Certificate and recognition on your Co-Curricular Record.
This program is offered in a hybrid format: day 1 is virtual, day 2 is in-person. Day 2 includes a free catered lunch and personal wellness kit! Please see schedule below for more details.
