Community wellness is all about you. I am here to help you build a sense of safety, connectedness, and wellbeing. I help students find mental health resources tailored to their needs, aid staff and faculty in supporting a holistic approach to wellness, and host events that support Innis’s diverse communities. If you have a question related to your own health, have an idea on how to support your peers, or just want to chat, I would love to hear from you!

My biggest hope is that all Innis students experience a sense of belonging and personal growth within our community. Our Office of Student Life provides programs, resources, and services to help you learn and thrive outside the classroom. A large part of my role involves directly supporting students — be it through fall orientation, leadership programs, or mentorship opportunities. It’s important for me to hear about your campus experiences. So, please reach out and connect anytime.
