On November 15, Inuit activist and lawyer Aaju Peter, OC, delivered a thought-provoking 2022 Harold Innis Lecture, titled “Twice Colonized,” in Town Hall and online. Peter’s friend, Margaret Atwood, offered introductory remarks. Harold Innis Foundation Chair Ceta Ramkhalawansingh moderated the Q&A.
