Association for Students Against Procrastination (ASAP!) is an online productivity and co-working group to help you start and end your week off well.
Led by learning strategist Meghan Litteljohn, ASAP! sessions involve a short check-in, three hours of quiet study with breaks, and a mini-presentation or activity on a topic related to learning or productivity.
Between sessions, an ongoing ASAP! chat on MS Teams also allows you to connect for accountability and support for academic habits and goals.
Meghan also offers individualized academic coaching focussed on strategies that build on your strengths. She can support you with a range of topics, including the transition to university, navigating online learning, reading, note-taking, effective study habits, assignment planning, time management, motivation, focus, and ways to manage procrastination and academic stress.
